In reality, toning is simply sitting quietly and producing a sound. Then taking a breath and making another sound. For some people, it need not be any more complicated than that as they explore their voice, sound and energy. 

However, for others, there are steps we can take to enhance our experience and make the process of discovery smoother. If we can take on just one of the steps suggested, we'll have already taken a leap into the wonder of our Voice.
